## 1. What this website is

This is a company website, not an online shop. It has no ordering, payment or user-account functionality. Any transaction is handled separately through direct discussion and a contract between the two parties.

## 2. Product information and images

Product photographs on this site are illustrative. Displayed colours may differ from the real article because of screen characteristics and shooting conditions. Final specifications — material, width, colour, weave and packing — are confirmed per order through an approved sample or in writing, and only those confirmed specifications are binding.

## 3. Quote requests

A request sent through the form, by email or by phone is an invitation to discuss and creates no obligation to buy or sell. A Hữu Tín quote is valid for the period stated on that quote; an order exists only once both parties confirm it in writing or by contract.

## 4. Intellectual property

The trade name, logo, images, content and design on this website belong to Hữu Tín, except where another source is credited. You may view, download and print them to learn about the products or to deal with Hữu Tín. Copying, altering or reusing them commercially requires our written consent.

## 5. Use of the website

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation, and not to harvest data from it with automated tools without our consent.

## 6. Outbound links

The website links to external platforms such as Facebook, Zalo and LinkedIn. We neither control nor take responsibility for their content or their own policies.
