Shoelaces
Hữu Tín laces are woven round and flat with firmly bonded tips, holding their cross-section through thousands of threading and tying cycles.
About
Shoelaces fail at the tip long before they fail along the lace. Hữu Tín heat-seals the tip with film rather than glue-wrapping it, so tips do not split after a few months of wet weather. Each weave gives a different feel in the hand: tightly braided round lace runs smoothly through eyelets, while wide flat lace holds a knot longer on sports shoes. Usual sizes are 3–6mm round and 6–12mm flat.
Cut length follows the eyelet count of each shoe last, from 60cm for low-cut shoes to 180cm for high-cut safety boots. Laces are cut in pairs and bundled 100 pairs to a pack before boxing, so the factory can use them straight from delivery. Colours can be solid, two-tone or woven with reflective yarn. Material is polyester or a cotton blend, chosen for the hand feel the brand wants.
